Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & COD Policy

Quick Summary

Return window: 5 days from delivery.

Inform us within: 48hrs of receiving the product.

Non-returnable: Sale, clearance & custom items.

Refunds: One-time coupon (valid 7 days) unless legally required to original payment.

COD: Available in select areas (conditions apply). Refusal may restrict future COD.

Returns & Refunds

Product must be unused, in original condition with all tags/packaging.

Raise request within 48hrs via info@sparklingdelight.in (include order no., photos/video).

Products can be returned within 5 days after QC  of approval but only if found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customer pays return shipping. late returns: shipping + 10% restocking fee.

Cancellations

Cancel before shipment by emailing info@sparklingdelight.in with order number.

Once shipped, cancellation not possible; follow return process.

Prepaid cancellations may incur payment gateway reversal fees.

Damaged/Defective Products

• Inform within 2 days with photos/video.

Replacement (if available) or refund coupon offered after QC.

Self-shipping may be required; use trackable courier.

COD Policy

• Available only in eligible pincodes; confirmation may be required.

Refused/undelivered COD orders may lose COD option in future.

Orders via refund coupons must be accepted; refusal voids coupon.
